If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase you made on SepiaGroup.com, you may request a refund according to the following rules:
1) You can request a refund for a Live Room if the request is made within 2 days of the credit card charge.
2) You can request a refund for a Course if the request is made within 1 day of the credit card charge.
In all cases of refunds, we will refund the amount charged less the credit card transactions fee of (2.9% + 0.30).
Any refund request made outside of the refund period will not be refunded.

We will make every attempt to refund your purchase within 3 business days, However, it may take up to 14 days for the funds to show up in your account.
